150250 B. Every two (2) years the Board shall elect from among i ts
151251 membership a chair and a vice-chair vice chair. The Board shall
152252 meet at least quarterly and may meet more as frequently as necessary
153253 as determined by the chair . Ten members shall constitute a quorum,
154254 and a majority of the required quorum shall be suffi cient for the
155255 Board to take action by vote. Members shall serve without
156256 compensation but may be reimbursed for necessary travel out of funds
