64	62		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
65	63		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
66	64		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
67	65		There is hereby appropriated to the Legacy Capital Financing
68	66		Fund created in Section 187B of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes
69	67		from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue
	68	+	Fund of the State Treasury fo r the fiscal year end ing June 30, 2023,

164		-	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
165		-	SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated to the Legacy Capital
166		-	Financing Fund created in Section 187B of Title 73 of the Oklahoma
167		-	Statutes from any monies not otherwise app ropriated from the General
168		-	Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year end ing June
169		-	30, 2023, the sum of One Hundred Sixty Million Dollars
170		-	($160,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to be
