29 | 56 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 22 O.S. 202 1, Section 1094, is | |

32 | 58 | Section 1094. A. There is hereby created the Oklahoma State | |
33 | 59 | Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervis ion in accordance with | |
34 | 60 | Article IV of the Interstate Compact for Interstate Adult Offender | |
35 | 61 | Supervision. The State Council shall consist of the compact | |
36 | 62 | administrator who shall be a nonvoting member, the Executive | |
37 | 63 | Coordinator or designee of the District Attorneys Council, the | |
38 | 64 | Executive Director or designee of the Oklahoma Indigent Defense | |
39 | 65 | System and the Administrative Director of the Courts or designee , | |

82 | 153 | C. The Council shall comply with the Oklahom a Open Meeting Act, | |
83 | 154 | the Oklahoma Open Records Act, and the Oklahoma Administrative | |

87 | 157 | shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed by their | |

103 | 196 | that employs the compact administrator shall pay th e salary of the | |
104 | 197 | compact administrator and any ex penses the compact administrator | |
105 | 198 | incurs in fulfilling duties related t o the Compact. The Council and | |
106 | 199 | the administrative head of the agen cy shall determine what portion | |
107 | 200 | of the employee’s time shall be devoted to Compact activi ties. The | |
108 | 201 | compact administrator shall serve as this state ’s commissioner on | |
109 | 202 | the Interstate Commission fo r Adult Offender Supervision. In the | |
110 | 203 | event the compact administrator cannot attend a meeting of the | |
111 | 204 | Interstate Commission, the Counc il shall appoint a Council member to | |
112 | 205 | represent this state at the meeting. | |
