25	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

27	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 15 O.S. 2021, Section 219A, is
28	57		amended to read as follows:

30	58		Section 219A. A. A person who makes an agreement with an
31	59		employer, whether in writing or verbally, not to compete with the
32	60		employer after the employment relationship has been terminated,
33	61		shall be permitted to engage in the same business as that conducted
34	62		by the former employer or in a similar business as that con ducted by
35	63		the former employer as long as the former employee does not directly
36	64		solicit, directly or indirectly, actively or inactively, the sale of
37	65		goods, services or a combination of goods and services from the
