2555 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2756 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 15 O.S. 2021, Section 219A, is
2857 amended to read as follows:

3058 Section 219A. A. A person who makes an agreement with an
3159 employer, whether in writing or verbally, not to compete with the
3260 employer after the employment relationship has been terminated,
3361 shall be permitted to engage in the same business as that conducted
3462 by the former employer or in a similar business as that con ducted by
3563 the former employer as long as the former employee does not directly
3664 solicit, directly or indirectly, actively or inactively, the sale of
