6355 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
6456 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
6557 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6060.3b of Title 36, unless
6658 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6759 A. As used in this section:
60+1. “Contraceptive drugs” means all drugs approved by the United
61+States Food and Drug Administration that are used to prevent
62+pregnancy, including, but not limited to, hormonal drugs
63+administered orally, transdermally , and intravaginally; and
64+2. “Health benefit plan” means a health benefit plan as defined
65+pursuant to Section 6060.4 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

94-1. “Contraceptive drugs” means all drugs approved by the United
95-States Food and Drug Administration that are used to prevent
96-pregnancy, including, but not limited to, hormonal drugs
97-administered orally, transdermally , and intravaginally, but excludes
98-medications that could be used to terminate an existing pregnancy ;

100-2. “Health benefit plan” means a health benefit plan as defined
101-pursuant to Section 6060.4 of Titl e 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
10293 B. Any health benefit plan that is offered, is sued, or renewed
10394 on and after the effective date of this act that offers coverage for
10495 contraceptive drugs shall provide c overage for an enrollee to
10596 obtain:
106-1. A three-month supply of a contraceptive drug at once the
107-first time the enrollee obtains the drug; and
108-2. A twelve-month supply of the contraceptive drug at once each
109-subsequent time that the enrollee obtains the sam e drug, regardless
110-of whether the enrollee was enrolled i n the health benefit plan the
111-first time that the enrollee obta ined the drug.
112-An enrollee may obtain only one twelve -month supply of a covered
113-prescription drug during each twelve -month period.
114-C. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit an
115-enrollee of a health benefit plan from requesting a smaller sup ply
116-or to prohibit a prescribing provider from prescribing a smaller
