2762 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2963 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 65 O.S. 2021, Section 155, is

3265 Section 155. The commission shall elect its chairman from the

202+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE ST ATE OF OKLAHOMA:
203+SECTION 2. REPEALER 65 O.S. 2021, Section 155, is hereby
204+repealed.
205+SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023.
206+SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
58207 of the public peace, health , or safety, an emergency is hereby
59208 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
