27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TH E STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 68 O.S. 2021, Section 114, is
30	57		amended to read as follows:

32	58		Section 114. The Oklahoma Tax Commission ma y expend monies to
33	59		pay membership fees for Commission members or employees of the
34	60		Commission in applicable regional or national tax associations, dues
35	61		for membership in professional organizations, and registration costs
36	62		related to virtual or in -person continuing education to comply with
37	63		mandatory annual hour requirements for Commission membe rs or
38	64		employees of the Commission who are certified publi c accountants or
39	65		licensed attorneys as the Commission deem s in the best interest of
