| 57 | 56 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section o f law to be codified | |
| 58 | 57 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 801.10 of Title 17, unless there | |
| 59 | 58 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 60 | 59 | No rate-regulated retail electric supplier, as defined in | |
| 61 | 60 | Section 158.22 of Title 17 of the Oklahoma Statutes , shall offer | |
| 62 | 61 | ratepayer-funded incentives, rebates, or inducements to its | |
| 63 | 62 | customers to promote the switching of fuel sources from natural gas | |
