73	73	WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
74	74	Statutes, the Legislature shall have a joint resolution prepared for
75	75	consideration each session.
76	76	NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE OF
77	77	REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 1S T SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
78	78	SECTION 1. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed
79	79	permanent rules submitted on or before February 1, 2025 , by the
80	80	State Department of Education except:
81	81	1. 210:1-1-6, disapproving the pro posed amendment to subsection
82	82	(a), and restoring the previous rule language;
83	83	2. 210:1-3-11, disapproving the proposed amendment to paragraph
84	84	(4) of subsection (c), and restoring the previous rule language;
85	85	3. 210:1-5-3, disapproving paragraph (3) of subs ection (a);

147	147	Department of Education, and the editor of “The Oklahoma Register ”.
