| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, A 70th wedding anniversary marks a lifetime of love |

| 6 | 6 | | and shared experiences, and Brian and Mozelle Cunningham celebrated |

| 7 | 7 | | this joyous milestone in their marriage on July 10, 2007; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cunningham were joined in matrimony in |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | Hillsboro in 1937; they count among their blessings a treasured |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | family that includes their twin sons, Velton and Vernon, and their |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | daughters-in-law, Darlene and Barbara, as well as 6 grandchildren, |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 14 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren with whom |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | they share the many special occasions of life; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Respected members of their community, Mr. and Mrs. |

| 15 | 15 | | Cunningham are active members at Bellmead Calvary Baptist Church, |

| 16 | 16 | | where he served as deacon and she taught Sunday school and sang in |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | the choir; Mr. Cunningham is retired from Cameron Mills, and Mrs. |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | Cunningham is a homemaker; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cunningham have shared seven decades of |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | abiding love and affection for one another, and they are among an |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | exceptional group of men and women who can claim such a lasting |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | commitment; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 24 | 24 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Brian and Mozelle Cunningham on |
