| 14 | 14 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 15 | 15 | | SECTION 1. Section 225.0225(a), Transportation Code, is |

| 16 | 16 | | amended to read as follows: |

| 17 | 17 | | (a) The following highways are designated as the Texas |

| 18 | 18 | | portion of the national Purple Heart Trail: |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | (1) the part of Interstate Highway 35 located in |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | Texas; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | (2) the part of Interstate Highway 40 located in |

| 22 | 22 | | Texas; |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | (3) the part of Interstate Highway 37 from Interstate |

| 24 | 24 | | Highway 35 to U.S. Highway 77; |
