| 13 | 13 | Sec. 2001.0205. ADOPTION OF RULES. A state agency may adopt | |
| 14 | 14 | only rules that fulfill a purpose established by the constitutional | |
| 15 | 15 | or statutory law governing the state agency and that are within the | |
| 16 | 16 | state agency's authority to adopt. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
