The bill would authorize the Department of Public Safety to convey certain real property described in the bill to the First United Pentecostal Church in the city of Center, Texas, in exchange for certain real property described in the bill. The bill would take effect immediately upon a two-thirds majority vote of all Members in both chambers. Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2015. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
