The bill would amend the Government Code to modify energy and water management planning and reporting requirements for state agencies and institutions of higher education, and repeal the state agency energy savings program requirement. It is assumed that any cost associated with implementation of the provisions of the bill would not be significant and could be absorbed within existing resources.
