                            S.B. No. 60


 AN ACT
 relating to the repeal of certain riders for the Texas Medical Board
 and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists from the
 General Appropriations Act that are contingent upon the approval of
 certain Acts continuing those agencies during the 85th Regular
 Session.
 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 SECTION 1.  The following riders to S.B. 1, Acts of the 85th
 Legislature, Regular Session, 2017 (the General Appropriations
 Act), are repealed:
 (1)  Rider 6 following the appropriations to the Texas
 Medical Board (page VIII-35); and
 (2)  Rider 2 following the appropriations to the Texas
 State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (page VIII-51).
 SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
 Act takes effect on the 91st day after the last day of the
 legislative session.
