| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Rehm Nathanael Maham of Boy Scouts of America Troop |

| 6 | 7 | | No. 271 in Cedar Park has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, and this |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The Eagle Scout badge is a significant honor |

| 9 | 10 | | bestowed on only a small fraction of those who enter the scouting |

| 10 | 11 | | movement; in the course of meeting the rank's demanding criteria, |

| 11 | 12 | | Mr. Maham earned the requisite 21 merit badges, including those |

| 12 | 13 | | requiring expertise in such diverse areas as archery, leatherwork, |

| 13 | 14 | | and public speaking; he also successfully completed an Eagle Scout |

| 14 | 15 | | project that involved refurbishing benches for Covenant |

| 15 | 16 | | Presbyterian Church in Austin; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The son of Jennifer and Michael Maham, this fine |

| 17 | 18 | | young Texan has demonstrated outstanding leadership ability |

| 18 | 19 | | throughout his scouting career, winning the respect and admiration |

| 19 | 20 | | of his fellow troop members while serving as an assistant senior |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, A senior at Cedar Park High School, Mr. Maham has |

| 24 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Eagle Scout Maham's dedication to excellence and his |
