| 12 | 12 | amended by adding Section 662.085 to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | Sec. 662.085. SPECIAL HEARTS DAY. (a) December 8 is | |
| 14 | 14 | Special Hearts Day in recognition and celebration of the attributes | |
| 15 | 15 | of individuals with disabilities to build a more inclusive | |
| 16 | 16 | community in which people are defined by their abilities rather | |
| 17 | 17 | than their disabilities. | |
| 18 | 18 | (b) Special Hearts Day shall be regularly observed by | |
| 19 | 19 | appropriate ceremonies and activities. | |
