BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. This Act may be cited as the Colton Burgin

SECTION 2. Section 61.058, Parks and Wildlife Code, is
amended by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows:

commission provides for under this section for migratory game birds
 or waterfowl.
SECTION 3. As soon as practicable after the effective date

Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
