13		-	SEC. 2. REPEAL OF GREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION FUND. 4

19	43		ESCISSION.—The unobligated balance of any 8
20	44		amounts made available under section 134 of the Clean 9
21	45		Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7434)(as in effect on the day before 10
22	46		the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded. 11

24	48		ONFORMINGAMENDMENT.—Section 60103 of 12
25	49		Public Law 117–169 (relating to the greenhouse gas re-13
26	50		duction fund) is repealed. 14
27		-	SEC. 3. REPEAL OF NATURAL GAS TAX. 15

29		-	EPEAL.—Section 136 of the Clean Air Act (42 16
30		-	U.S.C. 7436)(relating to methane emissions and waste re-17
31		-	duction incentive program for petroleum and natural gas 18
32		-	systems) is repealed. 19
