AN ACT
To repeal section 134 of the Clean Air Act, relating to
the greenhouse gas reduction fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 2

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Cutting Green Corrup-2
tion and Taxes Act’’. 3
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF GREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION FUND. 4
(a) R
EPEAL.—Section 134 of the Clean Air Act (42 5
U.S.C. 7434)(relating to the greenhouse gas reduction 6
fund) is repealed. 7
(b) R
ESCISSION.—The unobligated balance of any 8
amounts made available under section 134 of the Clean 9
Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7434)(as in effect on the day before 10
the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded. 11
(c) C
ONFORMINGAMENDMENT.—Section 60103 of 12
Public Law 117–169 (relating to the greenhouse gas re-13
duction fund) is repealed. 14
SEC. 3. REPEAL OF NATURAL GAS TAX. 15
(a) R
EPEAL.—Section 136 of the Clean Air Act (42 16
U.S.C. 7436)(relating to methane emissions and waste re-17
duction incentive program for petroleum and natural gas 18
systems) is repealed. 19

ESCISSION.—The unobligated balance of any 20
amounts made available under section 136 of the Clean 21 3
