10	64		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
11		-	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 2

13		-	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
14		-	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Save Our Gas Stoves 2
15		-	Act’’. 3
16		-	SEC. 2. STANDARDS FOR KITCHEN RANGES AND OVENS. 4
17		-	Section 325(h) of the Energy Policy and Conserva-5
18		-	tion Act (42 U.S.C. 6295(h)) is amended by adding at 6
19		-	the end the following: 7
20		-	‘‘(3) The Secretary may not determine that imposi-8
21		-	tion of an energy conservation standard under this section 9
22		-	for kitchen ranges or ovens is economically justified for 10
23		-	purposes of subsection (o) unless— 11
24		-	‘‘(A) the Secretary determines that imposition 12
25		-	of such energy conservation standard is not likely to 13
26		-	result in the unavailability in the United States of 14
27		-	a type (or class) of product based on what type of 15
28		-	fuel the product consumes; and 16
29		-	‘‘(B) the Secretary discloses all stakeholder 17
30		-	meetings with entities that— 18
31		-	‘‘(i) have ties to the People’s Republic of 19
32		-	China or the Chinese Communist Party; 20
33		-	‘‘(ii) have produced studies regarding, or 21
34		-	advocated for, regulations or policy to limit, re-22
35		-	strict, or ban the use of any type of energy; and 23
36		-	‘‘(iii) have applied for or received Federal 24
37		-	funds.’’. 25 3
