(2)Theindependentreviewshallinclude: (A)anacquisitioncostassessment; (B)atechnologyarchitectureandstandardsreview; (C)animplementationplanassessment; (D)acostanalysisandamodelforbenefitanalysis; (E)ananalysisofalternatives; (F)animpactanalysisonnetoperatingcostsfortheagencycarrying outtheactivity;and (G)asecurityassessment. (e)Currentprojectsinventory.TheAgencyshallmaintainaproject inventoryonitspubliclyaccessiblewebsitethatdisplaysthestatusofall currentinformationtechnologyprojectsmanagedbytheAgency’sEnterprise ProjectManagementOffice.Theinventoryshallbeupdatedatleastmonthly andincludethe: (1)Stategovernmentbusinesspartnerforeachproject; (2)nameofeachproject; (3)startdateofeachproject; (4)estimateddateofcompletionatthestartoftheimplementationphase ofeachprojectalongwithanindicatorastowhethertheprojectisontime; (5)estimatedprojectcostatthestartoftheimplementationphaseof eachprojectalongwithanindicatorastowhethertheprojectisonbudget; (6)currentestimateddateofcompletionofeachproject;and (7)currentestimatedcostofeachproject.
