| 17 | 17 | | Under current law, the CWFP provides financial assistance to municipalities |

| 18 | 18 | | for projects to control water pollution. Certain types of projects are ineligible for |

| 19 | 19 | | program funding, including projects involving connection laterals and sewer lines |

| 20 | 20 | | that transport wastewater from structures to municipally owned or individually |

| 21 | 21 | | owned wastewater systems. |
