|---|
| 39 | | - | Wisconsin−Madison, the chancellor of the University of |
|---|
| 40 | | - | Wisconsin−Platteville, the chancellor of the University |

| 41 | | - | of Wisconsin−River Falls, and the chancellor of the Uni- |

| 42 | | - | versity of Wisconsin−Stevens Point. The council shall |
