26 | 26 | | (1) HEALTHY AGING GRANT. From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (1) (a), the |
---|
27 | 27 | | department of health services shall allocate as a grant $378,000 in each fiscal year |

39 | 39 | | initiatives with a focus on partnerships between aging services, public safety |

40 | 40 | | services, and health care providers to reduce the burden and costs. |

41 | 41 | | (b) Coordinating the implementation of evidence-based health promotion |
---|
42 | 42 | | programs to support healthy aging. |
