2424 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11

2626 Section 1. Paragraphs (e) and (g) of subsection (5) of 13
2727 section 413.80, Florida Statutes, are amended, and subsection 14
2828 (6) is added to that section, to read: 15
2929 413.80 Employment First Act.— 16
3030 (5) ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND OBJECTIVES. —The 17
3131 interagency cooperative agreement must identify the roles and 18
3232 responsibilities of the state agencies and organizations 19
3333 identified in subsection (4) and the objectives of the 20
3434 interagency cooperative a greement, which must include all of the 21
3535 following: 22
3636 (e) Ensuring collaborative efforts between multiple 23
3737 agencies to achieve the purposes of this act , including the 24
3838 collection and sharing of data . 25

5151 (g) Identifying accountability measures to ensure the 26
5252 sustainability of this agreement. At a minimum, the 27
5353 accountability measures shall include systemwide measures to 28
5454 increase the number of individuals working in competitive 29
5555 integrated employment, decrease the number of individuals 30
5656 working in subminimum wage emp loyment, and decrease the number 31
5757 of individuals working in nonintegrated employment settings. 32
5858 (6) ANNUAL REPORT.—The Office of Reimagining Education and 33
5959 Career Help shall issue an annual statewide report by December 1 34
6060 each year on the implementation of t his act and progress of the 35
6161 accountability measures. 36
6262 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024. 37
