A bill to be entitled 1 
An act relating to employment of individuals with 2 
disabilities; amending s. 413.80, F.S.; requiring the 3 
collection and sharing of data between multiple 4 
agencies for the interagency cooperative agreement; 5 
providing requirements for accountability measures; 6 
requiring the Office of Reimagining Education and 7 
Career Help to issue an annual statewide report by a 8 
specified date each year; providing an effective date. 9 
 10 
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11 
 12 
 Section 1.  Paragraphs (e) and (g) of subsection (5) of 13 
section 413.80, Florida Statutes, are amended, and subsection 14 
(6) is added to that section, to read: 15 
 413.80  Employment First Act.— 16 
 (5)  ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND OBJECTIVES. —The 17 
interagency cooperative agreement must identify the roles and 18 
responsibilities of the state agencies and organizations 19 
identified in subsection (4) and the objectives of the 20 
interagency cooperative a greement, which must include all of the 21 
following: 22 
 (e)  Ensuring collaborative efforts between multiple 23 
agencies to achieve the purposes of this act , including the 24 
collection and sharing of data . 25

 (g)  Identifying accountability measures to ensure the 26 
sustainability of this agreement. At a minimum, the 27 
accountability measures shall include systemwide measures to 28 
increase the number of individuals working in competitive 29 
integrated employment, decrease the number of individuals 30 
working in subminimum wage emp loyment, and decrease the number 31 
of individuals working in nonintegrated employment settings. 32 
 (6)  ANNUAL REPORT.—The Office of Reimagining Education and 33 
Career Help shall issue an annual statewide report by December 1 34 
each year on the implementation of t his act and progress of the 35 
accountability measures. 36 
 Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2024. 37
