96 | 96 | | (b) This exemption is remedial in nature, and it is the 59 |
---|
97 | 97 | | intent of the Legislature that this exemption apply to 60 |
---|
98 | 98 | | information held by the department before, on, or after May 14, 61 |
---|
99 | 99 | | 2019. 62 |
---|
100 | 100 | | (c) Information made confidential and exempt under this 63 |
---|
101 | 101 | | subsection may be released to other governmental entities as 64 |
---|
102 | 102 | | needed in connection with the performance of their duties. The 65 |
---|
103 | 103 | | receiving governmental entity shall maintain the confidential 66 |
---|
104 | 104 | | and exempt status of such information. 67 |
---|
105 | 105 | | (d) This subsection is subject to the Open Government 68 |
---|
106 | 106 | | Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand 69 |
---|
107 | 107 | | repealed on October 2, 2024, unless reviewed and saved from 70 |
---|
108 | 108 | | repeal through reenactmen t by the Legislature. 71 |
