1010 To authorize the conveyance of certain state property.

1212 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
1313 Section 1. 1. The governor is hereby authorized and 1
1414 empowered to sell, transfer, grant, convey, remise, release, 2
1515 and forever quitclaim all interest of the state of Missouri 3
1616 in property located in the City of Kirksville, Adair County, 4
1717 Missouri, to the Kirksville R -III School District. The 5
1818 property to be conveyed is more particularly described as 6
1919 follows: 7

2222 2. The commissioner of administration shall set the 10
