43-SECTION 1. NEW LAW A ne w section of law to be codified
44-in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 401 of Title 73, unless there is
45-created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

47-A. The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority shall allocate
48-the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
49-($4,300,000.00) from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund for purposes
50-of the design and construction of the State Capit ol Arch, the
51-purpose of which is to honor and memorialize the services per formed
52-by the Oklahoma National Guard.
