43		-	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A ne w section of law to be codified
44		-	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 401 of Title 73, unless there is
45		-	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

48		-	the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
49		-	($4,300,000.00) from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund for purposes
50		-	of the design and construction of the State Capit ol Arch, the
51		-	purpose of which is to honor and memorialize the services per formed
52		-	by the Oklahoma National Guard.
