7059 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
60+SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w to be codified
61+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5-149.4 of Title 70, unless
62+there is created a duplication i n numbering, reads as follows:

10696 emergency response is initiated on-site by smartphone application,
10797 phone call, text message, or other technology;
10898 2. Provide emergency responders with floor plans, cal ler
109-location, and other information to assist emergency responders

207-BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:
208-SECTION 4. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
209-in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5-149.4 of Title 70, unless
210-there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
211-A. Each school district in this state sha ll be authorized to
212-issue a request for proposals and enter into a contract with a
213-vendor to provide a security alert system for the safety and
214-security of the district.
215-B. The security alert system shall:
216-1. Connect the call er with 9-1-1 emergency responders while
217-simultaneously notifying designated school district personn el; and
218-2. Be available for use as a smartphone application .
219-SECTION 5. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023.
